Nameplatedepot.com Since most of our products are designed and hand made to order, please allow 5-7 business days plus shipping time for deliveries on name plates, name rings, name earrings and name bracelets. every order will be delivered by UPS Ground and shipped from factory in New York, USA. UPS transit time using ground shipping shown below.

Ordering
We will keep you involved through the process of your order, once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation E-mail with your Order number and order details.
Note: Please double check for spelling error of your names on custom nameplates. Once the order is made you will be responsible for correction charges.
To avoid delays please note the following:
1. Please make sure shipping and billing address are same. Also, double check your shipping address for errors.
2 If your billing and shipping address are different be prepared to receive a call from us.
3. We do not ship to PO Box unless you email or fax your picture ID.
Once the order is shipped, we will send you a second E-mail with the tracking information number.

In the unlikely, we commit an error in processing your order, or ship an order that does not meet our high standards of quality, we will be happy to offer a 10 day full refund, along with our deepest apologies. However, because our merchandise is entirely custom crafted to the specifications of our customers, we are unable to offer refunds that do not involve company error.
