Gorgeous necklace January 21, 2021 Reviewer: Mary Jane from California   The necklace I ordered is amazing. My only issue with the company is that they are EXTREMELY  difficult to get in touch with. The phone number goes to a mailbox that is full. Several emails went unanswered. I never got a tracking number. I finally did get a call back, and got the necklace a few weeks later. It’s really pretty so it was all worth it. Now that I know how they operate, I will probably order another necklace knowing it will come, but with little to no communication or tracking updates. Name plate September 26, 2020 Reviewer: Chris Caballero from Bronx, NY United States   I ordered a name plate,  when I received it, the little loop on the end was a little damaged causing it to scrape against my chest,  I sent out an email to the company and they immediately sent me a replacement!
