I work out at a personal training gym in which our motto is lion and lioness. I had a sterling silver lioness nameplate made with an 18 inch chain great quality, and it is absolutely beautiful. I love it, the only thing I would have changed was maybe if I could have received it a little bit quicker but I do understand it was custom made.
Love the thicknesses my old one broke in between the a&t so I’m ecstatic w the thicknesses hopefully this one last much longer!

Unfortunately I’m really disappointed because the first day I wore my necklace the chain broke. I’ve been trying to get a replacement of repair for several weeks but no response from customer service. Very disappointed and will not buy from here again.

Like it alot, the plate could be heavier, so it doesn't slide around. I thought the chain would be thicker, since I paid extra for the thicker chain.

I got the double thickness because of my long name but the nameplate is lovely. I would suggest the 16 chain though versus the 18. I got the 18 and wish it was just a bit shorter.

I bought this Carrie font necklace for my daughter who is turned 13 this Feb. She loved it! I checked other styles but selected this one as this is double thickness as I had bad experience ordering thin one from another site. This necklace is built solid. It is little extra investment that will last longer. It came with a pretty gift box.

The necklace I ordered is amazing. My only issue with the company is that they are EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch with. The phone number goes to a mailbox that is full. Several emails went unanswered. I never got a tracking number. I finally did get a call back, and got the necklace a few weeks later. It's really pretty so it was all worth it. Now that I know how they operate, I will probably order another necklace knowing it will come, but with little to no communication or tracking updates.

Purchased online for name plate for my daughter for a Christmas present. In big, bold writing was order by certain date (don't remember the date now) and item will arrive before Christmas. We ordered several days before the deadline and unfortunately received it the day after Christmas. Was upset and will never order again from them because of thishopping mistake.
